Robin approached us about setting her brand up for the future and setting it up to grow. We were excited about the opportunity to shape the future of a brand that was helping to shape the future of so many of the top talent in the NYC market. First, we discussed the history of where the company had been, got a handle on all of their services, and an eye to the future. Next, we set out to create a name for the new brand… something that aligned with their mission and goals.
Once we were all aligned on the new name and the new positioning of the brand, we set out to bring it to life. This showcases the new brand along with a few snapshots of how it all came to be.
FIRST THINGS FIRST,
LET’S SET THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUR BRAND.
Logo exploration for ThriveX required creating something with just the right balance of confidence and approach-ability. This needed to be something men would gravitate towards and women would align with. It needed to be something that was both future focused and grounded. The end result was a logo mark that is bold and memorable with a kick of personality.
We took the ThriveX coaching style with Robin’s personal energy and coupled that with the overall company goal of moving forward and growing. We set out to create a mark that was confident in the foundation and rich in experience. When doing this, we made sure it was one that could represent Robin alone + represent ThriveX as a company of ten. Something that had a subtle personality that could exist behind the scenes or front and center depending on the context.
FROM HERE, WE CREATED AN IDENTITY
THAT BROUGHT THE BRAND TO LIFE
As the brand began to take shape, we were able to lean into key secondary branding elements to make the identity system robust and own-able. We worked with a unique color palette, combining the approach-ability of the peach and grey with the gold and red power colors, creating a perfect balance. This same juxtaposition of elements is found through the tactile elements of the collateral system.
We chose cotton paper stocks with debossed detailing and paired those with thick, sturdy paper stocks that provide a solid foundation. Ultimately, we were able to deliver a brand system that was memorable, ownable and substantial on every level.
CREATING A DIGITAL PRESENCE THAT WAS ON BRAND,
THAT WAS OUR NEXT CHALLENGE
The ThriveX website was an opportunity to create something a little different. We were able to step outside the norm of what is expected and break a few rules to create something both elegant and memorable. It was an opportunity, and a challenge, to take what we had created in the tangible world and bring it to life digitally without diluting the brand essence.
The ThriveX site does just that. It guides users through a carefully curated experience, sprinkled with both testimonials and facts that showcase how the brand is differentiated from its competitors. Subtle yet significant, these elements quietly inform the user while taking them through the story of the brand and why it works, how it will help them THRIVE.

MEANT GETTING A LITTLE HANDS ON
In order to make the brand truly ownable, we knew that stock photography simply was not an option. Our team carefully stylized and captured images to bring to life the story of ThriveX across their new site. Each image was shot with a specific purpose and location in mind. The end result was a perfectly curated collection of images that serve a purpose while remaining on brand.
