What is washé?
Washé is an ON-DEMAND CAR WASH SERVICE THAT IS REVOLUTIONIZING THE INDUSTRY. They are the first on-demand mobile application that connects car owners with mobile car washers. They combine patented technology with a network of highly-skilled, experienced car washers. Washé is offering the market a unique, convenient solution to the traditional car wash or detail.
Not your average client right?
That’s what we thought when we first met the founders of the brand and that notion never wore off. From the moment we met them, we were intrigued by their offering to the market and the initial success they had already seen.
Their ask of us was to partner with the team at washé to generate a core brand identity and positioning. This would inform the brand voice, the identity and ultimately the future direction of the brand. We started with a deep dive into the existing brand identity. Our team learned all we could about the service offerings as well as the culture they wanted to establish for those in the washé family. Then we gained an understanding for where they came from as well as where they wanted to take the brand. From there, we got to work developing a comprehensive Brand Guide for the team as well as the assets within it.
Once we established core values and an overall brand voice for washé, we crafted their brand story and consumer promise. We then began bringing to life the brand visually through a refined color palette and type treatments. These lead us to a new family of icons and a custom illustration style that you will now see representing the brand from coast to coast.
