UPGRADING FASTLY

Fastly was not only looking to move from space to space, they were looking to take the opportunity to transform their culture, enhance productivity and increase employee morale. At first this might seem like a daunting task but with a plan in place and research to support it, we took off creating the future headquarters of FASTLY.

MOVING FAST

In the true spirit of the name, this was one FAST project. We defined the space, developed custom furniture solutions and created uniquely branded spaces all while the contractors were finishing out the build. As soon as the walls were up, we started brading them. And within a matter of weeks the space went from an empty canvas to a one-of-a-kind space. Rich colors, textures and graphics support one another to create a branded a space that both aligns with the essence of who FASTLY is as a company while also solving for the functional day-to-day needs of the company.

FINDING A SOLUTION

The key to the success of this project was not only a solid team, but the cultural assessment we performed of the FASTLY team that drove all of the decisions from day one. It kept our team all running in the same direction and it gave FASTLY a solution that not only looks cool but functions in achieving their core goals.
