BUILDING A BRAND VOICE
The Reset is a digital homebase for a new generation of women who are choosing to do things differently. Choosing their own path. Their own solutions. Their own voice. It is for real women, who live real lives.
Our job was to generate an authentic, honest, and bold brand voice that spoke to this audience in that girl-friend to girl-friend tone.
DESIGNING A DIGITAL HOMEBASE
The Reset is a digital brand, merging content and commerce.
Designing a site that would inspire, inform and engage the audience was the initial challenge. Generating a platform that would build a community was the larger goal. We partnered with the brand to design, copy write, and generate the necessary visual assets to bring to life this robust online brand.
While still a new brand in the digital space, The Reset is taking off and making waves.
Two months after launch, we have expanded the site to include e-commerce, making it a true hub for resetting your life.

PUTTING MOTION TO IT
When it came to concepting a video that would communicate the true vision for the brand - we went back to how it all started. Just an idea doodled out on a cocktail napkin illustrating what “could be”. We chose to lean into that same hand drawn, authentic representation and bring to life the story of The Reset brand in a way that would resonate in its purest form, without any of the fluff or clutter - a black and white hand drawn doodle.
BUILDING A VISUAL BRAND IDENTITY
From the logo to the packaging to the social content, every touchpoint with this consumer was a key opportunity to reinforce our message and build a community around The Reset brand.
From the initial brainstorm meetings to the launch of each element to the marketplace, the brand voice and aesthetic has been at the forefront of the design. Each asset is thought out, test driven and refined before it is placed in front of the eyes of the consumer.
While a tedious process at times, it has resulted in a compelling brand voice and visual aesthetic.

PRODUCT PHOTOSHOOT
When launching an apparel brand, the lay down product shots were crucial for getting that press the brand needed. Just think about those pages you read in Elle magazine showing you the “must packs for your vacation”.
To make sure our product shots were magic, we partnered with photographer Cody Rasmussen to pull off some beautiful shots of each piece apparel. But, we didn’t stop there, we felt it was important to our customers to show the fit and movement of the apparel. Afterall, when making a purchase on line you may be gaining the convenience of shopping in your pajamas but you are giving up the chance to touch and feel and try before you buy. To our team, the video was an important part of ensuring customer satisfaction.
