For over two decades, Viva Partnership has been developing customized marketing programs to reach the multicultural audiences across the United States with a relevant and effective mix of outreach programs - powered by strategic marketing communications, market research and engaging, breakthrough creative. But, as the brand set out to focus yet again on “growth”, they quickly realized they needed to redefine who they were as a brand first, to recalibrate, to reposition themselves for the future.

REPOSITIONING THE BRAND

We sat with the key leadership from the Viva team, understanding their history, their strengths and their struggles. From here, we set out to create a brand book that would serve as the foundation for the rest of the branding efforts both internal and external.

DEFINING THE FUTURE

We crafted the brand voice. Honed in on the key messaging and phrases. Identified a new color palette that was true to the vibrant cultures of the individuals they represented and chose fonts to match. These set the stage for the Viva of the future.

REBUILDING THEIR DIGITAL PRESENCE

We worked closely with the Viva team to develop a sitemap and identify key content to tell the story in a compelling way that was also concise and to the point. The end result is an engaging brand presence that showcases the strengths of the brand clearly for potential customers while telling the story of their core strengths through case studies and video.

Campbell Creative took the time and attention to really dig deep into our company history, trajectory and 23 years of evolution - together with our challenges and then worked with us to evolve our brand, create a more contemporary brand look and feel that matched our current focus, services, and clients.
